These Terms govern your access to and use of the Catalog Panel platform and website. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

Access to Catalog Panel is provided to invited customers. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

2. Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for unlawful, harmful or infringing purposes.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the platform.
• You are responsible for the content you store and publish through your workspace.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the catalog data, media and content you upload. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process it so we can provide the service to you.

4. Availability

We work to keep the service available and reliable, but it is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance or update features over time.

5. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time; on termination you may request an export or deletion of your data.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Catalog Panel is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
